So far so good.

from NA for now.
I've used 3rd party Eco tanks for years. But the biggest problem has been Epson recognizing them. Finally Epson put out there own system. With kids and modern day education they need to print all the time. And those costly little containers are a pain when they aren't single color units. The print is a descent quality, not pro level but very acceptable. Home or business a good little work horse so far.

Easy setup

Printer was simple to setup, if you are careful and follow the directions with the ink there is no issue with a mess. Was very easy to connect to my wifi network and computer no issues at all. Look forward to never buying an ink cartridge ever again. I estimate just the ink that came with this printer will save me at least $1000 or $1500 worth of ink cartridges for my old printer! Very happy!

set up was not to bad. takes a little time. it takes all of the 20 min to prime the ink tanks. put all the ink from big bottles in. once prime is done they will be to the full line.

took it out of the box, followed the set up directions,(only downloading the driver caused me a little problem) set up the network settings and was ready to print. the few prints done so far are very clear, the colour is good and it prints quickly.

Great Home Printer

This is a great MFP as long as you use it for simple home printing/scanning needs. Although the print quality is OK it cannot compete with a good laser color printer. I have an Epson 3620 at my office and was pleased with the full color display and was disappointed with the 4550 mono display, also the 4550 does not have a USB port for copying scanned images to. However the high capacity ink reservoir, which keeps me from running to the store at odd hours makes this printer a definite keeper.

HP's policies and ink cost drove me here

The Printer has performed well. Installation and setup procedures easily followed and worked well. Rather pay higher cost upfront than bleed money buying expensive HP ink cartridges.
Changes to HP firmware prohibited use of refilled cartridges and that broke the camel's back.
This EPSON performs fast, well and produces quality pix as well as printing outputs.
