EVERYTHING WORKS GREAT

Printer has been in use for about 6 weeks and everything works great. I have a MAC system and downloaded the soft ware. Setup was easy and straight forward without any problems (an important point to stress for an 82 year old). Initial filling of the ink tanks was simple and easy to do. I operate the printer wirelessly and do not have any problem printing from the computer, iPad or iPhone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hard to Install

The CD driver that came with the printer was a big pain. After it froze up on me twice I went to the web to download everything and set things up. This process was not NEARLY as user friendly as I would have liked.

These printers are far more pricey than the competition, but pay for themselves VERY quickly in ink savings. I own two, and will replace them in kind when needed. Bravo!

Printer Works well

I have had this printer for several months. I like the large ink reserve and that the cost of the ink is reasonable. Had some problems with connection to the printer. Had to erase all printer software and re-install all software. I would recommend this printer with the understanding that the software is not as well refined as it could be. The Software package did not include all the software needed to operate all the functions. When I tried to use the scan feature, I received a message that Event Manager also needed to be installed. That meant another trip to the website to download that software. It would have been nice to if Epson had included all the software in the package.
