Good Printer, I like the double sided printing.

The refill ink seems to be a good idea, we fell we're using less ink, and we print a lot doing genealogy.

Paper jam

The paper gets jammed while scanning. One paper at a time has to be placed which is very time consuming. Otherwise the printer quality is good.

Apps are to complicate and slow compared to other vendors

So, I really had a hard time setting up the printer after pluging it in. It will not let me printer for some reason, the I tried to do it locally but cannot connect. So I set everything up remotely and every seems to be in order, good connection and responsive to the Epson. Until I tried to print, then the connect would be lost after hours of messing with the printer settings I gave up, thinking I made a mistake of buying this printer. The next day, I decided to check it one more time and this time every seems to be much smoother. Epson should make the app simpler and more user friendly that would have made my experience better.

Having Issues

The printer is very loud when it prints, the settings wont remain on what was selected. The automatic feeded is always getting stuck

All around an excellent printer

I bought this a month ago and it's been fantastic. The setup was simple. It immediately linked with my imac. I love the ink wells and how easy it is to load the ink. I'm printing, scanning, faxing and it's working great. So happy with its performance at the office, that I bought another for home.

Good all in one printer

I purchased this unit in late January to replace a previous Epson unit that finally quit working. I was able to set up the ET 4750 with very little trouble. I did have to go online to install the drivers because the included CD was already out of date. The ink was easy to load. Hopefully it will last as long as advertised. I wish the controls were "buttons" instead of mostly touchpad. Good thing I have small fingers, because the places to touch on the screen are very small.

I bought this to avoid ongoing toner anger caused by insane prices for my Canon toner cartridges. This prints and 10% of the cost per page!
