Very disappointed

I bought this printer 2 months ago and have had a really tough time with it. It prints crazy, random margins, printing color as if it were if in slow motion, and printing only part of a packet each time it thinks it's 'lost' the wifi signal. I gave my friend my HP8710 simply because I thought it was slow and used too much ink. I honestly miss it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been pleased with my large Epson Pro 9900 for many years and my previous desktop Epson printers including the XP-830. But with its large ecotanks, the ET-4750 has been wonderful -- and more economical.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Color print quality

Print quality is great. Easy to fill ink tanks and last for super long time, also easy instruction on how to fill 1st time or for refills. Light weight easy to carry or move. Good instructions for start up on paper and then with CD on the computer. We chose the wireless network setup and it was easy. Screen could be a bit bigger for the quality of the printer but it's not been a problem. This printer had good reviews compared to other printers and that's one of the reasons we purchased it and so glad we did.

I love the size. It fits in a small space. One thing it might improve is to add editing features once letters and images are scanned. I wonder if Epson can do it.

Boy do I wish I had never bought this

This printer is so difficult to use for envelopes and labels. Every other printer I have you can insert one envelope into the top feeder and print. Here, you have to take out the paper tray, remove the paper, reset paper size, insert the envelope. I am not sure why the feeder sizer was not made to deal with things other than standard paper. TERRIBLE waste of money

Setup is not straightforward

This is the most time I've spent setting up a printer and I still don't know if everything is going to work. The Remote print setup should have been designed to be done as part of the same process as the printer install. Hopefully I've done every thing correctly. Time will tell.

Kind of loud and had a hard time with set up

We bought this printer because it is supposed to be better on ink. I just set up printer today, so I haven't used it at all, I had all kinds of problems with getting it all hooked up. Part of the problem is it only comes with the power cord and your left on your own to have all the other cords to connect. I tried to do it wirelessly and it said connected on the actual printer but would connect. Hopefully once I get it properly going and connected to all my computers it will run smooth....
