Missing Function / Operation Challenge

The printer does not have a port for a thumb drive to which you can directly save a scanned document. For something so simple, I don't know why this was omitted versus prior Epson printer models. Second, then, using the event manager software is NOT straight forward. There is no instruction on how to use this optimally and it is not intuitive. These two issues make this printer much less user-friendly.

Compact printer

Fits nicely on my desk; great WiFi connection for printing for the whole family. I like the feature of the ink tanks are refillable. However, the software interface for scanning is a little wonky. Plus the colors are NOT bright/vivid compared to my former printer, HP Office Jet 8600 that only had 3 ink cartridges versus 4 ink tanks for the Epson.

I bought this about a month ago. The scan is always jamming so constantly un jamming and trying to rescan. Print function is good and so is copy function I don't use fax cause no one uses faxes anymore. I like the tank and that is main reason I bought this printer. If they could fix the scan function so it doesn't jam all the time it would a good printer for home. DO NOT BUY FOR OFFICE.

Fast printing

I've had this model for about a month after my ET-4500 wouldn't print colors correctly any more. This ET-4750 is a fast b/w printer. If you're looking for it to do a great job on printing color pictures, I think you'll be disappointed. The scan software is very basic & clunky

Costly for What you Get

Not as good as expected.

I bought this to replace an HP printer that was draining me of ink and money. I do like it overall but wish that the color quality for color photos was better (prints are dull). Also, I have to remove the paper from the tray and reinsert because it will say there is none...frustrating.

Love the Supertank!

We are loving the large storage capacity of the ink tanks! Saves money; saves time! This printer is also very fast. I don't like the small screen, however. It makes it very difficult to make selections and find what you are looking for. Neither do I like the fact that you cannot scan two sided copies. This makes it difficult to collate two sided documents to be emailed in the correct sequence.

Good value but the scanner software is weak

The printer works great. The scanning software, however, is terrible. It's confusing (why do I have to preview before scan?). And doesn't scan multiple pages??? Maybe there is a way to do it, but I haven't found it.
