Replacement printer

I received this printer as a replacement for one I purchased in March. The previous printer was jamming when double sided printing. I hope this one will be better.

Horrible time getting it onto the network

just bought and setup was going smoothly until I tried to connect my computer to the printer wirelessly...the instructions on youtube, the printer's interface, and the online prompts did not align...figured it out after a lot of trial and error...big waste of time...excited to use it and have heard great things, so here's hoping

I kept hearing great things about EcoTank Printers and Epson in particular. I don't find the print quality to be as crisp as my old HP. I have two printers, so I did a side-by-side comparison. I also HATE that you cannot make 2 sided copies of 2 sided pages. I'm not usually hard to please, but this machine has been a disappointment.

Prints nicely, with ease but has poor color in photos.

I have had this printer now for about 7 months. It is easy to use, and I like it b/c I can print, scan and email from it. I'm disappointed In the color of the images. The colors are aren't vivid at all and are very grayed. There is too much blue/black in the images. I am a realtor so I bought this to are able to "showcase" properties on my flyers. It does make colored copes but not the actual colors you see in th photo's. If you don't need good color, go for it as it actually does save money on the ink!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Doesn't meet Epson "STATED" Specifications.

Purchased product over 6 months ago. Now that I have had time to use it, printing of your things is execellent, a little noisey when printing, when it comes time to scan and save your work not the most effective to do that chore. If you forget to preset where you want it to save good luck finding it on your computer. They could make it easier with a software update I would think. The window screen could be a little, especially if you have big fingers. All I can think of right now. If HP had a system like this no question HP would of been my purchase. But for the saving on the ink is an OK product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good printer, scanner needs more features

Printer is excellent with refillable ink. Scanner needs more work. 2 sided scanning is tedious. It doesn’t have the automatic two sided scanning like in Canon printers which has better scanning features.
