Good printer except the scanning operations. Weak scanning?

Best printer ever

I love that it was so easy to set it up, wireless coz you just need a WiFi and I can print 2 sided and it’s just to breezy... I won’t have to buy a cartridge ever...
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great printer, fast an efficient

I really like this printer but have had one problem consistently with it.
I use a tablet with Hot Spot for my internet service, event though the printer is located less that two feet away from the tablet it frequently disconnects from the hot spot and I have trouble getting it reconnected.
Other that that the unit works flawlessly and to my great satisfaction.

Love the time the ink lasts!

I bought this a couple of months ago and love it BUT... I cannot get it to scan from my PC. Very disappointed with this!

Best printer I've ever had

I've had this printer as my primary printer, for law office work, for about one year. I make several copies of documents, many of them over twenty pages, every week. I just refilled the black ink well last week. The liquid ink has literally saved me hundreds of dollars in the ink cartridges my other printers used. And the scan feautre, operable from my desktop by wifi, is both easy and quick.
I would recommend this to a friend!

ET-4750 Worst printer ever

I always had Epson printers; but this one is terrible. My expectations is when I print a single page is does it quickly. This printer does not. It spend most of its time cleaning the print heads. I just printed a page with only 3 lines; it took 5 minutes to print. Plus it noise

Great Features and Excellent Customer Service

This is my first Epson printer and I was impressed with the potential savings of this Eco Tank model. I also like the build quality and the excellent customer service. I had a few questions about my set up and the Epson customer relations person (Bell) was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was working. Then she sent me a link to update the printer's firmware and register it. Thank you Bell!
