Great printer, reasonable ink cost.

Purchased as refurbished. Appeared new works great. Only problem, it came without a power cord and no insulation instructions. Called Epson and a power cord came the next day. Downloaded insulation instructions to activate printer which must be followed step by step but will have to use online manual for future problem guidelines. I fill these items should have came with the printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Started out fine

I have had no troubles with this printer for over a year and now getting weekly recovery mode error messages and failed printing. I have to repeatedly re-install firmware, which rarely fixes it the first time. Not happy since of course the warranty has expired

Best Printer

I have had this printer for over 2 years. It is the best printer that I have ever owned. Economically reasonable for ink refills. They bottle lasts along time. If for any reason this printer wears out I will replace it with a newer updated WorkForce without question.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Long lasting

This printer is still using the original ink fill from over a year ago. Once a week printing but multiple pages. Touchscreen is very tiny and hard to navigate with the tip of your finger. Overall no troubles. Download Eason printer utility and can air print from smart devices.
I would recommend this to a friend!

good value as refurb

bought this refurb after a problem with a different model. can't tell that it's not new--probably is. The eco-tank is a definite big plus. prints well. only complaint is that it is quite loud. I actually liked this one so much I bought another one for a different house when it became available again

Extremely slow printing and scanning!!

We purchased this printer one year ago. Printing and scanning in color us extremely slow. Very frustrating. Every time I have a Firmware Update I have to re-install the Printer Utility as if it were a new printer just purchased. Not recommended for business use. Slow for personal use compared to other printers. The print quality is not as good as other printers. The Eco friendly ink doesn't print well so you have lines through your words where no ink flows to the paper. Worst print quality I have ever used. I do not recommend this printer.
