Easy as pie

The setup process went smoother than expected.
I filled all eco tanks without an issue.
Wifi connection to my router was also easy.
The software installation process where most printers encounter trouble was easy as pie.
I am looking forward to using my new eco tank system...

Finally, a manufacturer that makes an all-in-one printer that uses direct ink, into its own tanks. I was wondering when someone would come along, and get rid of the long time over priced monopoly of ink jet cartridges. On top of that, it even prints on 2 sides of a page. And the size of the appliance, is small enough to fit on your standard size wall shelf, so that you don't have to build a bigger shelf, or have an extra desk, like most all-in-one laser printers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall, I like the product. Mainly because it requires no supply of ink cartridges being kept in stock.
There are some quirks, such as being stubborn and refusing to print at times. The only remedy I found was to unplug the printer and start all over.
When it isn't being stubborn it prints beautifully. As to why Epson decided to omit the inclusion of a port in which to insert a camera card to enable printing without the computer is beyond my imagination.
Thumbs down for that gaffe.

Great Home Office Printer

This All-in-One Printer is a workhorse. It handles everything a full size Printer will do in a small space. I Love the Inking system, not spending a ton of money and changing of cartridges.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Greatest Printer Ever

Works great easy to set up and i'm not a tech guy, i'm a pizza boy. I printed 4000 pages right out of the box and I have 1/2 tanks on my ink. I have had it for about a year and have no problems with it and they update the printer regular. I don't want anything else.

No Ink Expiration Worries

Have had this printer since January 20th 2016 so far so good
it's a bit noisy when printing and the ink has a hint of mold smell but dissapates in short time , the scan feature is almost silent. The only notice in the window is to be sure to check ink level regularly which consists of looking at the side of ink tank and the full line . YES I recommend this printer although it's a bit pricy but love how I can add Ink to just the color that is low unlike other printers that you have to change all cartridges at once but not the ECO TANK . Ooops almost forgot to mention that it prints very beautifully, LOVE IT

A real bargain

Easy to set up and operate. The high price should be recovered in ink savings in two years. Already have printed about 2400 sheets of paper and have used just 1/4 of the black ink and about 1/8 or less of the colors and once used up and I still have a set of refills to replace them all once gone.
Prints fast, prints 2 sided, print looks great. Scanner easy to operate. Haven't used the fax yet.
Occasionally the wireless connection is slow, not sure why.

So far, easy to use and reliable

As a printer, this does everything I want. I've used about two reams of paper with it so far and it just works. Printed text is crisp, and images are pretty good for being on plain copier paper.
I have not tried photo paper or anything. I just don't care about that.
I didn't setup any of the "cloud" printing features--I just don't trust it. I think because of this, the only way I can get the scanner to work is to have it print to my wife's laptop, then transfer the file on a thumb drive. I feel like this could be improved.
The printing software keeps reminding me to visually check the ink levels, but so far I have not noticed them to have dropped at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!
