Only had the printer for a month. Haven't had any problems at all. Easy set up and start printing. Looking forward the cost savings we should incur using this new printer system.

Great Product Better Value

I just got it going and went through some trial runs with some reports I pulled up and was very surprised with the speed and quality of the print and color. The E print and other features were easy to configure and work brilliantly as well. I was spending a what felt like a fortune on toner cartridges and was looking for an alternative and have now found it! By my estimate this printer will have paid for itself in 9 months and I will have a full year of ink left. What a deal! I now plan on replacing all of my satellite printers at work with the ET-4550 EcoTank All-in-One and extend my savings there as well. I feel four stars is a conservative rating but fair since I have only had it in service for a day and run but a hundred or so copies. In the end l would speculate that it will be deserving of all five.

Setup Experience

Bought it today. Setup was easy - handling the ink was very straight-forward. I hardly got a drop on my gloved hands. Connecting the printer to my network using the printer LCD worked flawlessly. Will try and update once I have run it through its paces.

Setup and first impressions

First impressions right out of the box is that this is a nice sized printer, very light and well protected for shipment. Ink set up was a bit confusing and waiting 20 minutes while the printer configures the ink etc felt strange to me. The printer was not as quiet as I thought it would be but it is not overly noisy. The paper tray felt a bit clumsy and easy to break - so I will be sure to handle it gently. The response time when using the panel for configuration is slow but I learned how to maneuver through the menus easily.
Overall I have a good feeling about this printer and will update the review after doing some heavy printing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Setting up Fax

If it was not for the CD giving me instructions and practically setting the fax to my Wifi I may not have been able to set it up. Thank you. A few more instructions about the different messages would be more helpful.
