This printer has been great. I had a small print head problem and Epson resolved the issue quickly and easily. They have great support and are re-inventing solutions for printing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Printer I have ever owned

This has been a great workhorse printer for me. I'm a recruiter and work from home. I print 100+ sheets every day - sometimes double that amount. This printer is quick and prints clean crisp copies every time!
I would recommend this to a friend!

First Try with setup

Got this printer and set it up and loaded ink with no issues. Printed just fine. No issues with networking as I used a hard wire Ethernet connection and it showed up fine on my Mac to add printer. Fax seems to be fine also. It does feel a lot more plastic than my Epson AcuLaser that I am phasing out. Only time will tell how fast and well it prints.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've been using this for about a month. Initially I had to adjust the printer to prevent streaking but that was easy, just follow the setup menu. Only other problem is when my phone line is plugged in for faxing, incoming calls activate the fax signal, so I have to leave the line unplugged except when I'm faxing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Epson WF ET-4550

I love the Epson Work Force printers, I had a WF-3620 and I loved it. Unfortunately the print head wore out. I know have this ET-4550 and prints beautifully but the scanner does not work same as on the WF-3620 (quality was much better) on the ET-4550 the scanner jams every a few scan jobs. Can get annoying if I have a multipage job.

Had for couple days does not work

Had for couple days printed couple times, now get an error message 0xF4, tells me to turn off an back on and still does not work. Not impressed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the second one of these printers we have owned. The first one stopped printing color correctly after a few months, which was very disappointing for such a high-priced printer. We returned it for another. Maybe it was bad ink. I hope this one does better.
