Great quality printing

I bought this printer several months ago to replace a Kodak printer. The ink for the Kodak was going up in price, and was almost as bad as HP. My initial reason for buying the Eco Tank printer was to save on ink. So far, I have saved almost $100 in ink based on my past purchase history. This printer is still more than half full. Wow! The qualith of the printing is excellent. There are 4 of us in the house and we all use it. My wife is ecstatic about the ink savings. The only drawback is that the paper tray is not as easy to fill as on many other printers. For the quality and savings, I am happy to overlook that one issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Epson ET-4550

The printer has been great. The information said I would get 11,000 copies from ink received with the printer. I'm 3/4 way trough second bottle of black ink and am only at 5750 copies printed. Changes from just using black and which to color this has extended the black ink after the first bottle of black ink. Still have full bottles of all the other color ink. When changed computers there was some trouble reloading onto new computer. Could be my lack of knowledge of Windows 10 software.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this machine about 6 months ago. its good to fax n copy. it doesn't print pictures good.

A Great Idea, Horribly Executed

I've had mine for about 18 months. The control panel is absurd. I am the only one here who has figured-out how to do even simple tasks. When the auto-feed jambs (because others have tried to use it: It has stopped working, so I do not use it), it gets into a loop which requires about 20 resets to clear.
The Auto Page Feed essentially died after 13 months. Cleaning the rollers did not help; it simply mangles pages. The ethernet interface has now died, and the printer is ABSURDLY slow over WiFi (the speed was OK when the ethernet worked, but I found that I had to switch to "Hi-Quality," slow printing, for anything with color pictures).
Today, it suddenly decided to re-print multiple copies of docs printed during the last week (now this may be Epson's PC drivers (rather than the printer itself), but I keep these up to date on all 3 PCs).
On one .5-page PDF that I tried to print a few days ago, it printed the doc EIGHT TIMES, but skipped page 1 each time.
I am about to start shopping for another printer, despite the high cost of this one. This was my first Epson printer since the dot matrix days: It will certainly be my last!

These views and videos need to show the USB and stick ports and/or explain their ease of use. Also give some data on cost of ink.

Everything i was hoping for

Better print quality than by other printer. My only fault is set up is a pain for an older guy like me finally got it working but killed a few brain cells in the process.
