I bought this unit about a month ago. Love the ink tank system. Wish unit had better photo and type resolution. Seems like image s and print type is dull and light

I cant be any happier with this printer :) if it was present a decade ago it would have changed so many aspects in my life and others. its easy to use and its compact design is a plus.

Finally a Printer that Works!

I was like many residents who purchased a low-mid level printers with expensive extra ink cartridges only to have the printer crash within 6-12 months. Well, that all ends with the ET-4750! I love it! This printer does it all and has been printing quality documents since we received it about 6 months ago. The refillable ink cartridges are still over half full, and I still have another unopened year's worth of ink that came with the printer! I have no reason to doubt this will finally be a printer that lasts, but just in case I did get the warranty on this one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent tool for home business

This printer is easy to set up. I used CISS before it was released on the market and I always had to battle cleanup and mistakes with high maintenance issues. This printer is self-contained and low maintenance which is nice. I have not had to fiddle with it since I purchased it and that is worth the money. Plus I have printed documents on demand without working about the ink levels. I would hope that future models would have better add-ons like multiple page document feeder and other useful tools the non-CISS version currently have.

Prints are good.

Prints are average but good. We are experiencing connection issues. Firmware has been updated initially and one subsequent update. Everything seems to be working well and then we get a random failure to print. After some fiddling with the software, settings and such, I can usually get it going again. However, my wife is clueless about that. She just expects it to work and she uses it 99% of the time. FAX needs an analog connection which we don't have and which is not specified on the box. Any problems with this one could be due to using it with the oldest Mac OS with which it is compatible.
