I was very disappointed with this product. It stopped printing within 2 weeks. Probably the ink feeds plugged up, but I can't sit there and take the printer apart and repair it when I need to print right now. For the price I paid I expect a product that does not need repairs every 2 weeks.l

epson print amazing no ink for 2 years!

wow, workforce is amazing, the extra costs will be made up since you use ink bottles to fill and print 11,000 pages and it should last 2-3 years and refills are way cheaper by a factor of 2. easy set up on mac and windows 10

First off, I am very pleased with this printer. The ink does indeed last forever, and that's even more of a pleasure than I expected.
All this printer needs is a paper drawer larger than a thimble, and it would be perfect!
I would recommend this to a friend!

ET-4550 Not quite what I expected compared to the 6420 I've repl. Smaller Display. 2. Hard to configure. Not even touch screen as prev. Mod. Very Costly machine to go backwards... Epson COULD OF Knocked! IT IT OUT OF THE PARK. IF THEY WANTED TO...

Almost great...

Print quality is great, print speed is fine. Ink life - too early to tell, but looks promising.
Now the bad: paper hopper capacity too small. Lift lid is klunky. The biggest disappointment is the ADF sucks! Consider yourself lucky if it pulls more than two of your documents through without babysitting it. If I have a handful of pages to scan, I have to gently force feed the top document while holding the remaining pages in place.

I absolutely love this printer, except for one thing. The paper tray is unrealistically small. I'm not having to refill ink all the time, but have to refill the paper tray continuously. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I print for business, and it's quite time consuming to have to refill the small paper tray for every document run printed. Otherwise, it's a beautiful machine.
