Print Heads Wont Align, Black Very Sumdged

Aligned print heads 2 times in the vertical and horizontal directions, Black still very smeared looking, like double offset printing. Brand new, 30 minutes running since ink initialized

Can't get WIFI printing to work on Apple Network. Printer shows connection. IPrint app can't find printer.

I just completed the printer set up, which was easy to do. My only immediate concern is the noise volume when the printer is actually printing. I had hoped it would be quite since I often print while speaking to clients on the phone.
I would recommend this to a friend!
