So far I am not terribly impressed with the quality of the printing, especially photos. Maybe I need more instruction and technical support to improve it if I can.

Specifications were incorrect

I bought this printer ET-4750 for several reasons. The printer satisfied me in all but one, the spec's stated it would print on A3 paper, it does not. The largest seems to be 8.5 X 14. Otherwise this is a great printer

The instructions are very poor, after you get the ink installed, the paper installed the cables installed, then NOTHING!!

The screen is too small and fax is very picket.

The screen is too small to type nanes and numbers. ADF fax service having "communication errors." all the time. With this price is kind disappearment. This product is for home uses only. No AC or A wifi support...

This is my first purchase of a Epson product, have always been with another leading company for my needs, but so far I am happy with the Epson printer. Purchased in Dec. 2015.

I had to call support to find out how to enter a symbol when inputting my wi-fi password. There is an entire dedicated ET-4550 support team, and the support tech, Jess, was incredibly patient. He helped with that (you have to select capital "A" on the printer display screen and then scroll thru options attached to the "1" on the numeric keypad - simple but not so obvious to me). He then walked me through the rest of the wireless setup. I am very impressed with Epson's customer support and I hope he gets a raise :-) .
