I have had many, many printers. This has to be my number one choice. It makes printing a joy instead of a big hassle!!! Won't own a different brand printer again. I especially like the Eco tank!!

So far so good. Just received and installed - very simple process. Test prints and scan were clear as can be. I am hopeful that the claim of "up to" 2 years of ink doesn't mean 6 months :-) Time will tell.

exceptional, clear, functional and quick. I was
very, very impressed with the clarity and speed
in helping me get my ET-4550 copier operative and
functioning for my law office. Every company should
have such employees and equipment.

Great Printer

This printer was everything I hoped it would be. You fill it up with ink and forget about it. We have only used it for school projects so far (no pictures) and the colors are great. It's easy to connect to it wireless so you can print from any device. I no longer cringe when my daughter prints off big school projects in color. Knowing I will not have to order more expensive ink!

Set up issues!

I just got my NEW printer connected to my Wi-Fi network. It would have been SOOO much easier if the ET-4550 control panel had 3 more buttons: 1 to set UPPER CASE letters; 1 to set lower case letters; 1 to set numerals!! What a PAIN!!

The printer has an over all cheap feel to it. Part of this feeling is based on the SMALL black and white LCD panel located on the left of the machine, Epson really missed the mark here. Buttons feel cheap and lacking durability as well. We will only know if it holds up over the next four years.

Doesn't have 2 sided scanning or 2 sided copy

I love the printer but I went to scan a two sided document, nope. I went to copy the 2 sided document next so i could scan it one sided.. nope. was hoping the scanning software would be able to scan one side, then the other, and rearrange the pages in the correct order...nope. Its a real bummer, At least program the software to rearrange the pages for two sided scanning
