all the 5 stars are just for the first week/months you bought it. the printer is peace of junk once you refill it. do NOT waste your money!

I absolutely hated buying and disposing of ink cartridges for my Epson printers. What a waste! Thank you for designing the Eco-Tank!!!!!

The quality of printing is great no issues. All the issues come into it when you actually start using its other features. I have a small business and we need to fax and scan small documents. The feeder does not handle more than 5 pages at a time. Also the fact that it doesn’t scan double sided papers isn’t ideal. Having it scan to computers is difficult we have had a couple oeoooe try and configure it properly but it does not. The paper tray is rather small and could definitely be a little later. So realistically you can only scan one document at a time unless you are hovering over it to make sure it’s nit taking two pages in at a time. We had to get our old printer out just to use it as a scanner/ for faxing anything over one page.
If the only function you need is to print and scan single page documents this is a fantastic unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just got my printer. Setup was simple and it works great. I'm excited for the years of productivity I'm going to get out of this machine.

What a miserable process! I had to turn off all the wifi connected devices in our home, restart the router, and other steps out of desperation that I don't remember
Appears to be well made, starts quickly, and is fairly quiet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy Set Up

I just bought this printer about a week or two ago and the set up was really easy, unlike my last printer. This purchase was because my last printer went through ink cartridges like they were going out of style. I hope this will fair better, we will see in 6 months. So far the print quality is great and the set up was a dream. So glad I can finally use all the functions of my product.
I would recommend this to a friend!
