Ink dries out!

I bought this in Jan '18 and only used it every couple months for 10-20 page jobs. Never printed sharply, looked like 90's-era inkjet quality (shadows, inconsistent coverage, etc.). Then, I let it sit for about 2 mos w/no use. Big mistake!. Ink dried/clogged, won't flow. Only prints blank pages. Using my 15 yr old Dell, far superior. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU USE IT VERY REGULARLY AND CAN TOLERATE FUZZY PRINTING.

Too pricey for what you get

This printer is substandard to the previous printers I paid about the quarter of the price of this one. I have it hooked directly to my computer but is continually switches to wifi mode even after disconnecting wifi and refuses to print my invoices. Faxing is not its specialty as well. Do not purchase this overpriced lemon.

This is a very nice printer although the set up was a bit difficult called tech support who helped us which took quite a while but the service tech never lost his patience with me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Non functional

Out of the box the product did not work. Ink did not charge initially, leaving the unit completely inoperable. No way to get the unit to advance to the next stage. You can not clean the heads or get it to print a test page. Looked through the manual which has nothing on troubleshooting the issue. Been waiting 8 hours for the ink wells to charge. Look for another printer definitely not worth the money. Great idea poor quality.

2nd time around

I had a lot of problems the first time I installed printer in Dec.2015, now I removed it and reinstalled it(5/20/16) hopefully I did not install properly the 1st time but now if it works properly I will do another review in about a month.
