Very pleased with this printer, although I have not yet figured out how to Fax with it.

Wow, just got my new printer and completed the set-up on a wireless network. So Far this item is great, the ink tanks fill easily and the rest of the set-up goes step-by-step exactly as outlined in the quick stat guide.
I am looking forward to putting the unit through its paces and the great thing is with my old printer, I was constantly changing printer cartridges - no more of that.
So far I would recommend this printer over all in its class.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Non-stop problems

We paid a lot for this printer because of the ink tanks and the thought we would save money in the long wrong. However, the trade off is not worth the constantly difficulty we have had with this printer. It is never working. We are constantly reinstalling drivers or awaiting the printer to run its time consuming firmware updates. Very upset and wouldn't recommend anyone purchase.
