Just got this and just set it up. Set up was easy, I hope it works as well as my other Epson printers I have had. I will see how much printing I get out of the ink. I hope it is 11,000 pages like they said.

My new Epson ET-4550 was very fast and easy to set up and initialize and it came with an abundant amount of ink straight out of the box! EcoTank is a cool idea.
I love how I can print over my WiFi network and from multiple devices - very simple, fast and convenient.
The print speed and quality are great, just what I needed for my home office.
I think it represents great value for the money, recommended!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love cheaper longer lasting ink,double-side copying, fax capability, having a document feeder, energy star, ability to see ink reservoirs. Could use a dust cover.

I have two main complaints: some wireless functions don't work properly. For example printing wirelessly by pressing menu buttons on the printer does not work. Also, sometimes auto feeding for scanning does not work; a reasonable number of sheets will not finish scanning and if you feed in a smaller than letterhead document, it misaligned it in a the roller. One last complaint is having a support call center in the Philippines is not helpful for a number of reasons.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
