Terrible print quality

We have been trying for a year and a half to try and get this thing to work but we have never been able to. They even sent a replacement. Clearly the issue must be operator error but it shouldn't be this hard to get a printer to work well. I am very disappointed to have spent so much money on this and have it be a flop. I have told everyone I know not to buy this printer.

I am still evaluating how this printer will work out. So far, so good, howeverf I have not had enough use time to really evaluate it.

Not for office that is for sure.

The screen is too small. The fax service is very unstable. Most of time the fax would reject as "communication errors." As this printer is intend for "office" printer, SD slot is a must. Wireless does not support A or AC.

I purchase a few months ago and the scanner is always having problems. You also can feed more than 3 sheets of paper through feeder, If you do it will jam. The only good thing I can say about this printer is that s its good on ink. Also its updates all the time
