Nice Printer, Poor Set-up

I bought as a Christmas present for my wife. The set-up routine did not catch the wifi connection. I suggest use manual set up only. Poor set-up routine.

Bad Paper Tray

Don't like how the paper tray build because it keep say paper jam because the whole stack keep slide back and not stay in front!!!!

A struggle to print ANYTHING

Bought this to replace another BROKEN Epson printer just for this one to refuse to print anything and on my computer is just says printer is in an error state. I did clear the print requests but no, it still will not print.

Terrible

I had always had good results with Epson printers; this was my fifth one and I was looking forward to it working reliably like the others. Instead it was several weeks of frustration- it wouldn’t connect wirelessly, it would’t scan, I never got so far as testing the fax. I spent hours on the phone with tech support, downloading manuals, reinstalling driver software, and finally gave up. I returned it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Paper getting stuck as soon as you print something

I love the ideal of the Eco Tank but the paper tray is HORRIBLE because the paper keep slide off so I have to push the paper back in!
The scanner is HORRIBLE too because it can't scan both side and it is much smaller and I have a hard time to push in and pull out over and over just to get it to recognized there paper to be scan!!!
