poor print quality- not dependable wireless scan - (2nd one)

I did all the tests and checks and cleanings and everything with Epson service on the phone and the thing still printed jagged lines.
I returned the printer and they sent me a new one within a couple days.
Same thing on the new one- not 'as' bad.
Very poor print quality. Another huge disappointment is when the printer can't find my computer on the network to scan to my computer. (if i use a usb cable then all is fine but who ever keeps their laptop within a 6 foot distance to be always connected to a USB cable to the printer??)
It scans wirelessly to my printer about 85% of the time.... but it always seems to not be able to fund my computer on the network when I have clients in the office so I look unprofessional end up using the CamScanner app on my phone to scan documents.
Would never buy this again.
Only positive is that it has pretty good ink life.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This dumb printer lasted about 45 days and since has beena 30lb.paper weight.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

set up was easy --didn't find the internet right away but finally got it ---ran test prints really great quality --so far so good

I've very pleased with this printer! I've set it up as a network printer on my router, thus, my computer prints through the router without a direct connection and the printer uses a wifi connection to connect to the router. This also means that other computers in my household can also print to this printer through the same router. One printer in the house... yee - haw! I love it!

I've had the Workforce ET-4550 for two months. So far, so good. I like not having to spend money on buying print cartridges. Everything is working as it should. It was expensive, but I will make up that extra cost in less than a year not having to buy cartridges. I would highly recommend.

Love the cheap ink

I've had this printer now for a few months and are very pleased with it. Although the printer costs more up front, the large capacity ink tanks and low cost ink refills are worth it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
