decent for everyday printer

The printer is good for word document. It doesn't do well when printing pictures or anything that is not words. There are horizontal lines that goes through the paper. I have cleaned the printer head twice already.

Nice PRINTER

I've only had it for about 3 months but so far it works great. Nice sharp print.Ink seems to last a long time. Easy to fill ink tanks, easy to use. They are pretty expensive but if it holds up and last, over time it will be worth it because the ink is so much cheaper that buying cartridges. All of my other printers by the time they quit working my spare cartridges are worthless because the new printers have different cartridges.

I am so so so Happy to finally have a machine that doesn't run out of ink every time I print 10 copies, no more 75.00 for enough ink to print 10 copies..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love this machine, you just print and print and never run out of ink...well it seems that way.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Printer Bad Interface

The prints are quick and laser like quality. Colors and pictures are vivid and clear. The tiny clunky black and white lcd interface is the bane of my existence.. If this was improved and optimized I'd give 5 stars, the large ink containers is a big plus, and double side auto printing. I need to figure out if the fax portion is analog or digital because the faxes arent receiving on my cable based phone service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just purchased this, as the cost of ink/toner is so much lower than other printers. Also, I like the fact that I can connect so many different ways (USB, LAN, Wireless). I have successfullty connected it to my Windows and iMac computers, but am still working on getting it connected to my LINUX ones -- hope that is not difficult.
I would recommend this to a friend!
