Received the printer within a few days even with the Christmas Holiday. Setup was easy and there was not much to do on our end except enter the Wi-Fi password, it picked up on everything automatically which made setting it up a breeze. Even putting the ink into the correct location was pretty simple, was a little worried about getting ink all over, but only a little ink spilled on my first bottle attempt, so not bad. The print quality looks good so far and scanning is a little slow, but seems to work well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Difficult to Set up Mac driver

I am pretty technically savvy but have been unable to setup the print driver for my Mac. I've followed all instructions but nothing's working yet.

Good printer

I print a lot of photographs, especially 8x10's, so the ink tank system is great. Photos use a lot of ink and the savings using the eco tank system is incredible. If you do a lot of printing, it is well worth the cost of the printer . On the negative side, it seems the plastic used to make the paper tray and upper lid are too light weight.

I've had my printer for over a year and I must say I luv it..I only had 2 refill the ink wells once in the year instead of once every couple of months..although a bit expensive, its well worth the money..I have not had one problem at all ..I would recommend this unit for every home or office ,,so very economical and carefree printing..

Using this printer daily

We have been using this printer daily for personal use for about 4 months. It replaced an Epson Workforce 545.
It is great to have enough ink so that we are not receiving a cartridge replacement messages all of the time. The printing is excellent. The copy function is quick and we use the document feed more that I expected. Copying is so easy to use that I no longer have to make copies for my wife. We are using it attached to our home network by wifi which has eliminated several wires which I like. We are even able to scan documents over the wifi.
It took a while to get everything set up, but it has worked flawlessly since the set up.
The only improvement I would suggest is the ability to hold more paper. It seems like I am always adding paper.
We are glad we purchased this printer and would do it again even though it is priced much higher that most inkjet printers. I believe the ads are correct and we will save money by using this printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this printer about a month ago. It is one of the best investments I have made in a long time! It does cost a bit more than a standard printer, however, the ecotank makes a lot of financial sense, especially if you print a lot of documents. I do genealogical research which requires the printing of many documents. I have used generic endless ink for a few years now, and I can tell you I have replaced several printer heads. With the ecotank, you have no modifications to your printer and no "questionable ink". Everything is factory installed, and the ink is available from the manufacturer. Mine came with "photo restoration" software, and it is just awesome! I love this printer, and I would buy it again in a heartbeat. Easy to install on my dell desktop. Thank you Epson!
