Economical Printing

I actually purchased this a little over a year ago. I think the more I use it the better the print quality. I was a bit disappointed at first - but I have definitely changed my mind. It has some great features & I love that the liquid toner lasts for quite a while.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Initial Setup

Use gloves with the initial setup for the ink. The rest of the setup is quick and easy. The color is excellent with the printing. Black is sharp and crisp.

Good quality printing

I purchased this Epson several months ago and have been happy for the most part with it. I replaced an HP which only lasted a couple of years. The best part about this printer is never having to buy ink. I was going through a cartridge a month. Quality of printing is certainly adequate. Biggest recurring issues is paper getting stuck in the paper tray. Paper does not quite lie completely flat. You must turn the machine off to re-set it to print again. Sometimes this happens repeatedly and sometimes does not happen at all. I think it is worth the trade-off of not having to buy ink - just the time saved not to have to do that alone is worth it. Tech services at Epson have been very patient whenever I have questions. Just helped me be able to printer wirelessly from laptop, so I am happy!

The ET-4550 has a lot going for it! The cartridge-free ink system is a definite plus; the ink bottles are easy to use and come with complete, easy-to-follow instructions. For future upgrades, I would like to see a USB port and easier access to menu items. The port would be helpful for scanning.

I love this printer. It works wonderfully in our two person home office. It was easy to set up. We are so happy about the economy it provides by not having to change ink cartridges frequently. I highly recommend this printer.

WF printers seem to be reliable, sometimes loses network
