Mixed bag

I've had my printer installed for about a month. I like the functionality and the speed. Love the idea of not having to refill ink all the time. The color quality is so-so. It took a while to set up and I get way too many confusing messages. I spent an hour this morning trying to figure out why it wouldn't print. It's a good printer if you're patient enough to go through the manual to figure out what to do.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like this printer, but I wish the menu was easier to navigate. To find the setting you want is some what cumbersome.

I bought this printer to replace a 3640 which used to much ink. This printer has a great ink capacity at a low price. I printed some pictures and in my opinion they were as good as a store print. I print about 100 sheets of type per month and other items as they come up. I am completely happy with my 4550 eco tank.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We tried a lot of options when it came to be that not one printer had all of our specifications for the demand we'd require with high-speed, high quality , capability, & versatility for our commercial production in printed products!
