Great machine

I bought it about a month ago and have done lots of printing. I am amazined at how little ink it uses. The printing is very clear, the pictures are with good color.
I have not found anything that I don't like about it.
It is a bit noisy when doing the 2 sided printing but that is the only thing I have found so far that might be improved.

I did pay a little more to save ink cost later. I hope to have that result. Durablity will take time to see. Loading paper is a concern: you have to fit it "reversely"--you have to take the tray out and fit the paper from the back and put the tray back in. This design is new. I don't like it, but we will see.

Best printer ever puchased

I was so done with running out of ink cartridges. Now a year has gone by and have not even had to add ink. Have saved a lot of money. Highly recommend for home or small business.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Faithful but annoying

Prints well if somewhat slow. The paper tray is small for what the printer cost and defies every effort to return to a closed position. The printer is economical, once you get past the initial price, but frustrating to use because of the paper drawer's tendency to hang-up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this printer for my work/Classroom. All functions work properly and print quality is really good. only real problem I have is the paper slot is made of cheep material and its a pain to pull in and out I worry it will brake soon. The print tray is also cheaply made. I purchased this printer because it seems it was designed for a professional environment. I would be scared to let some use it do the cheep construction. I felt for the cost should be built better.

Not at its suppose to perform

I don't say that it is not a good product, but it has its drawback. It looses connection for wi-fi,prints too slow, ink levels show empty in spite of full etc.
I would suggest to go for a upgraded version of it which cost $500 more than this model. I had to call the support desk several times to asssit me in re-connecting the printer.
It is no doubt the most economical for ink and it does last a long time. But as far as the features are concerned ,it has its limitations.

General, it's a good printer, printing much faster than I expeced. The print quality is passable for a flyer and photo.
What I don't like is it doesn't have a second tray for enveloppe.
The scan is too slow. It's too slow that I kept my old printer/scanner just to scan.
I would recommend this printer.
