Works great so far no problems I love how printer works don't have to fill up the ink. Very reliable products I would recommend to anyone this printer all in one machine.

Hard to set up wireless. Won't scan. poor documentation. Seems like a good idea, but frustrating. Need to call support.

I have owned the printer for about four months and have had nothing but trouble. I should have returned it the first week.
The wireless issue continues to be a problem, I've been on with support multiple times, even using a USB, I continually get error messages.

BEST COPIER ON EARTH

Well worth the money!!! Best copy I have ever owned!!! Print all I want to and never worry about changing ink cartridges or their high cost. Such a relief. Such a joy printing 40 or 50 pages to keep a copy of something import I've read.

1. Could never get the wireless function to work.
2. Makes funny sounds all through the day that makes me think it is communicating with someone over the internet.
3. I cannot get it to turn off. I have to unplug it from the AC to get it turn off.
4. I do like the large ink reservoirs.
