I bought this 3 months ago. I cannot copy on it. I just downloaded new drivers hoping this would correct the problem. It keeps telling me that the paper source setting is invalid. I have followed directions many times to correct the setting, but it does not reset the paper size. I don't know what else to do. It also does not have a copy preview for me to look at before I print either. Not happy with this printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wish it had come with a book on how to use it.
i've pushed every button on it and cant get it to change the paper feed from the back to the top. but I love that the ink last a long time.

There is no written instructions - how to scan, how to enlarge, make smaller. What do the arrows do. No clear easy instructions. Copying is nice. Printing is nice. How do I do the rest? I have cd, but I don't know how to use it. I like written instructions

saving on ink is great. had trouble installing every feature. now have the copy and print working still no fax or scan will call tech support when they open which is not often.
