Everything works great. Especially like the big ink tanks. Just wish it had more paper capacity...like able to hold a whole reem.

GOT MY NEW Epson TODAY... MY LAST EPSON PRINTER LASTED 10 YEARS SO I WAS SURE TO BUY ANOTHER ON. EASY SET UP 45 MINS FROM BOX TO DESK, PRINTING, AND FAX SET UP. SO I'M HAPPY

Customer service in helping to set up the printer was outstanding. However the printer on printing a test page had severe skips in the letters and print head cleaning has not yet helped. Have run print head cleaing twice, one more to go. But when we get that straightened out I think all will be good.

Love the machine except it doesn't switch from plain paper to my printed checks. For some reason it doesn't recognize printed checks as plain paper. No good in user defined setting either. A real pain when printing lots of checks having to tell it yes, print this every time - from the menu on the front of the machine.
