So far so good

Easy installation. It was slow printing on my local network so I switched to the USB cable and it's quick now. Takes a few minutes for the ink to load on first use. Now every thing seems fine. I've only used it 4 or 5 times but so far so good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Weigh the Pros and Cons

The visual design of this all-in-one printer is very nice and the ability to use considerably less - earth and cost supportive - ink is important to me and a definite plus. I've had to contact Epson support and found their help to be straightforward and courteous. If, however, you need a quick printing and/or scanning machine, this is probably not what you will experience. I encourage any reader to weigh the pros and cons. For me, there are more pros.

Exactly what we needed

We bought this printer for the large ink capacity and the wireless. So far both features have met our expectations. My wife is a grade school teacher, so she prints a lot of pages to use in class. She also uses a laptop, which allows her to work from any room in the house.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Finally no more cartridges

I purchased this printer a month ago and have used it for our home office. After printing many reports and end of year accounting information, I love it's crisp output and reliability.

Love the Price of Ink Refills

Most of the necessary features including excellent WiFi connectivity, a bit slow but I can wait for the amount of copies I desire for my wife's daily class test, 5 test at 30 copies per test; that's and average of 600 pages per week, I've already printed over 9,000 pages since Sep through Feb and have only bought one ea bottle of color ink using only half of the bottle and two bottles of Black, and it didn't break my bank. Just wish it had come with an OCR program and I would had given it a 4.5. I love the size of the unit, my last unit was HUGE, cost me $100 about every three months for ink but it had and OCR poor WiFi connectivity and better photo printing, but i'm over it (lol). Epson stay tough and we will have a long union...
I would recommend this to a friend!

Almost everything I was expecting!

The ET-4500 Eco Tank is a major budget saver when it comes to extended use of ink and considerably lower cost.
The most disappointing thing about the unit is that even in eco mode, it is extremely slow and does not print two sided without manual manipulation.
The unit is easy to understand but when there are questions, the tech service is reasonably easy to reach.
Overall, I am happy with my investment but am looking for the upgraded model with automatic two sided printing and faster speed.

This was a recent purchase and I have not had the chance to work with it yet, but after reading reviews, I was a little afraid of the ink loading and setting up the wireless. The ink process is not a problem at all and I did figure out the wireless set up. For a person who is not techno smart, that is a feat! I must say, that the instruction manual should include some basic instruction as to how to run the machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!
