Lousy Experience

I have had this for over 6 months now and have gotten more and more frustrated with this machine as time has gone on. Connectivity issues consistently with my iMac, slow printing and overall disappointing design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fast printing with quality result

The unit responds to print commands very quickly, and produces a high quality page. I have recommended it to friends, and would buy it again.
I have preferred a laser printer over the past 20 years to achieve the crisp, clear print quality. However, the cost of toner cartridges caused me to look for a less expensive option, which I found with the ET-4500. I am particularly pleased with the life of the ink fill, and the reasonable cost to refill.

I bought this to be my default printer and to print proofs of my artwork. However, I discovered that the black ink was going down pretty fast, so I will keep my laser for now. However, The quality of the color is outstanding.

I like the idea of using ink as needed rather than cartridges. No need to keep taking spent cartridges to be recycled (20 miles away). Print quality is excellent. I print mostly color, but not on a very regular basis (not daily). I'm interested in how inks hold up under that kind of use.. I'll keep you posted.

Workhorse Printer!

Fantastic printer at a great price. The EcoTank System is by far the best ever as it takes a load of copies to empty these tanks and the refills are quite inexpensive.

I give this fours stars and here is why not the fifth. I love the way to refill the ink, ease of operation, and the big tanks of ink. Now the negatives.....using the document feeder, I periodically get a jammed paper notice, even though I have yet to find that paper jam. The color copies are not as sharp as I would like them even though it is not needed on a regular basis in my work. I would highly recommend this printer if color is not as important to you.

I just bought this today and I'm already in love with this printer. The images I print come out in good quality, I love this printer. And it was easy to connect It to every ones phone and affordable.
