I just bought this printer. I always choose Epson. I would like a better way to install ink - it's too messy even if you're careful.

it is OK, but missing some features

Purchased about a month ago and iI am somewhat happy with it. Missing some features that my old Workforce had such as automatic duplex copying and printing. I do like the small footprint. Should have looked closer at the 4550.

I purchased this printer because my Dad has had one that he bought last year & he claims it's the best printer he has ever owned . I have had mine several weeks now & I'm impressed with the features , print clarity & speed . Can't use the fax because I have no landline phone , but the scan email seems to be an option .
I would recommend this to a friend!

It works well and saves a ton of money on ink cartridges. However, There is a problem matching the color on the screen to the color that gets printed? Haven't found a solution for that yet.

I bought this for home usage. Installation took a while but no issues. Worked flawlessly except that it recognized the WI-FI on the second attempt without reentering anything...no issue after that. Able to print all. I wish they included a 3 feet telephone cord and as a bonus throw in a switch to occasionally use fax. I ordered them separately and can't test that feature yet, lol. Happy with the print quality and speed for a home office usage. Make sure put on a glove and remove the peel the paper that is stuck to the printer ink gently. Rest is fairly easy.
