Looks like the printer is as advertised. Use for home office so lots of printing. Waiting to see how long ink lasts.

Amazing Savings on Ink

This printer is a dynamo and wow the distance it can go before we have to refill the ink is amazing. Only had the machine for 3 months now and have saved over $100 in ink. Buying those little ink cartridges is a think of the past for me. I will be buying another one of these printers soon so I have two. Worth the price of the more expensive machine to save the money on the ink.

This printer is a work horse. I have seen very little drop in ink usage. Have not explored double sided printing.

Love this printer. Have filled the ink tanks two times and that is no problem. Quality of print and speed of print even on pics is great.

This is a real workhorse but I like the ink delivery system the most - no more nasty cartridges that work for 2 copies!

Great Ink Cost Savings. Quality Output. Somewhat Slow.

I do "enjoy" this printer. The cost savings on ink is just wonderful. Honestly, there are a couple of "features" that I do not enjoy quite as much as I enjoy the ink cost savings. First, the speed of the output, especially when printing in high quality output, is a bit disturbing. Second, the print driver sometimes is confusing, especially when you are changing to photo quality paper and printer output. For example, you set the printer and your photo program for glossy paper and high quality output. Then, when you send the photo to the printer, it will "claim" that there is a conflict between your computer settings and your printer settings. NOT SO!
Overall, I will still use the printer for a variety of papers, sizes and quality of output. The actual quality of the print is very good for about any type of paper and across available quality settings.
I have used the printer extensively for many months and have not yet added any ink. The black ink reservoir is getting slightly low, but it is really nice to have such a very long-lasting reservoir.
I would recommend this to a friend!
