Bought it today, connected and printing in about an hour. After easily filling the Ink tanks the printer takes about 20 minutes to set itself up (soaking?) in the printer. Then load the software, follow the directions, I used a USB cable from my PC to the printer, print a test page, register the printer with Epson and go to work, or sleep, which is what I did. New inking technology so I hope it keeps on ticking like it just did.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought online but when I received it, there was no quick start sheet, manual or CD. Was able to get everything online and get set up with some effort.

I purchased this printer about one month ago and it has performed well. There were some missteps in learning how to let the printer know there was a different paper size in the feed, but ultimately did figure it out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Saves ink, but costs you time.

I bought this printer because of all of the hype that was surrounding it. Save money on ink and all. But this has been a bummer of a purchase. I have gotten use to the colors looking a little more washed out then my last printer. But I absolutely hate the fact that you cannot multi task with this printer. You cannot print and scan. And the scans look like an old fax machine if not worse. Then if you bump the resolution up at all, it makes the files huge. And the color scans, everything looks like it was amped up on the contrast feature. I do not like it. I will not recommend it.

After owning 4 HP printers, my wife convinced me to try an Epson because of the ink supply. We discovered the FAX has not worked on this printer since we first attempted to use it in May 2017. Very disappointed in this printer's performance.

Nice Design......However

After six months of normal use, my printer began leaving lines on the paper after the first three months. I thought that with the printer being designed to hold so much ink, there would be some new feature or design that might prevent this from happening. Except for the fact that it holds more ink, it has performed the same as a printer that cost $200 less. I have performed all the cleaning options and all other diagnostics for this machine, but no improvement.
I would recommend this to a friend!

2-sided printing and auto document feeder are not very convenient. They're more like 1980's than 2017. "Inkwell" feature is nice. I like those better than cartridges.

VERY slow in printing

I have owned the above for about a month or so. I find it very slow to begin to print and actually to print. I have had some software issues where the "troubleshooting" component of my computer was able to fix. The ECO tank feature is great
