Great picture quality when I finally received one that works

I had a lot of trouble with the printer. Matter of fact I received 5 printers prior to my getting one that works. However after I received the one that works the picture quality is great. You have to have better quality control.
I applaud the company for working with me until they had me satisfied.

I am not that happy with this printer. I can not change the copy from printing a copy with a boarder. Also it is very slow. I prefer to have a larger paper tray also.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Regret buying this printer and recommend no one else buy it either. Used lightly for a year and now prints crooked. Don't try to copy something unless you have 5 minutes - it's that slow.

Great customer service and product

Bought the ET-4500. We love the product and the inexpensive ink. Set-up was quick and easy. Unfortunately after about 3 weeks it had a "fatal error." Contacted Epson. I had a new machine in 4 days and they sent an extra set of ink bottles. They paid for the shipping and pick-up.
We are very happy with the customer service. The agent was very professional.

So far, so good

I have only gotten so far as to print the test page, but that looks good. Setup was a bit troublesome as it doesn't support the 5GHz wifi that my mac was using, I had to change it to 2.4GHz to get it to find my network. I didn't see the notice about using gloves while filling the ink tanks. In hind sight, I would recommend gloves as my fingers are now multicolored on the tips. Since I am on a Mac, I had to download the software from the website, but that worked fine. The prospect of affordable printing appeals to me.

GREAT ALL IN ONE PRINTER

We have had this printer for several weeks, have ran several thousand copies through it, and can now write an accurate appraisal of this this printer. When you first take it out of the you will note that it is quite compact and light for a multi function printer of this sort. They pack and tape it unbelievably well, it takes a few minutes to find and pull off all the taped points. The next thing you notice is that they have very good warning sheets and pretty detailed setup instructions. The overall setup was easy, problem free, and went quickly. Their warnings on filling the ink tanks show be heeded as you are dealing with several large containers of ink that could make a huge mess if you aren't very careful. The large ink reservoirs are especially nice as they will require less frequent filling, no replacement cartridges, and should be more economical. Once you initially load the ink you have to "charge" the ink tanks. While that is simply pushing a button, it takes about 15 minutes to finish. Getting connected through my Wi-Fi was simple and took maybe two minutes. After that you run the software, go through the setup on the LCD menu of the printer, load the paper, and start printing. My unit has printed first time until now several thousand sheets later without a single problem. Both the black and white and the color prints are outstanding. They print quickly every time without fault. We have used the scanner some with great results and have tried the fax just to assure that it worked. There is not much more I could want for a printer of this type and class. So far this unit has surpassed what I expected of it in every way.

Fantastic Printer

Have had lots of printers over the years some better than others. I pride myself on the quality of my purchases I make. That being said my new Epson Workforce 4500 Network Printer is hands down the BEST !!! Printer I have ever owned. I specifically chose this model of printer over others due to its low cost per page printed. Are there cheaper/less expensive printers on the market. Yes. But when you factor in years of use I'd much rather pay high dollars upfront for a quality product. And save more on INK ! The printers setup was intuitive and took a little time. But was worth the effort. I can now print from my Desktop, Cell Phone, and Tablet. MONEY WELL SPENT !!!
