One of the main reasons I purchased this Epson is that it doesn't have the "auto-ink" program attached to it! PLEASE Epson, NEVER make your printers "auto-ink" - this is NONSENSE for personal home users! I will never purchase another Epson if you do this!
The setup was easy and quick! I did a USB connection. May try wireless at another time. My initial prints were BEAUTIFUL! If possible, will make update comments in a month or so to let you know any issues I have. Thank you.

easy setup and first tme go

this product had very little setup and just about any fool can do it..I did. lol! I think if you purchased this equipment for home use or small business activities you shall be satisfied with your future projects. Lastly, I would recommend this XP830 Epson all in one station to any of my friends or family.

Great all-in-one printer with small footprint.

Wireless set up virtually automatic with no problems.
Great and easy to use control screen. Paper tray a bit confusing at first. Photo print quality is as good as it gets and equals my Canon Pixma (but with much smaller footprint). If you want an all-in-one printer that can scan and print 2-sided and space is an issue, this is the printer to get.

I was pleased with the regular printing so quickly and nice. Then I was copying multiple pictures for my family. The copies were amazing! They autocorrected color of these old pictures to make them so beautiful and clear. I am having trouble printing from my computer, but I am working on the set up to see what I did wrong. I'm delighted with this printer!

Really, Epson give the best impression in letters, photos, or whatever you do. Easy to install and operate, provide espectacular cd-dvd printing, and the superior quality in scanners.
In the long period of more than 50 years doing this job in my home, Epson is the BEST OF TH BEST,

An excellent, extremely capable all-in-one

I'm extremely technologically inclined and even I have had to read some parts of the user guide with this printer as it is just so incredibly capable, powerful and full of features. I'm extremely happy with my purchase because I will literally be able to print, scan, and fax anything from anywhere from any device. Its amazing!
Even more amazing is that this printer could double as a small business all-in-one because it is so powerful and the advanced options are just so fantastic and after getting the hang of the web-interface, I'd call it almost user-friendly!

Horrible Experience

It took us over two hours to get this set up. the instructions for paper loading were unclear and we had nothing but problems. I normally like Epson, but will reconsider for my next purchase.
Very unhappy and online help was not good at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
