I printed a photo on a gloss photo paper as instructed and got a terrible photo...Need immediate assistance.

Lots of features and provides great printouts, but after about 1 year you will spend all of your time cleaning the print heads and all of your money buying new cartridges. Could not be more disappointed after a great start. Do not buy this or any other Epson product. The printer is the loss leader so that they can sell you cartridge after cartridge after cartridge...

I like the ease of this machine, but I do not like the photo qualities, otherwise it is a nice little copy machine.

I purchased the XP830 9/20/17. I have gotten a test pattern of all colors 2 times along with what I wanted printed. I now have an error x0X10 and the printer will not print. I had an XP820 for about 2 yrs. and the print head failed. I am not pleased at all. I could be doing something so I could use some help......
