Very decent laserjet printer

Runs good, its a small computer and yet does a fantastic job on printing pictures and art that I need.

Purchased this "small-in-one" printer as a replacement for my hulking dinosaur of an HP LaserJet. The speed, quality and ease of use of this device is amazing. Picture quality is crystal clear. Great purchase for the price!

So far, so good

The product was delivered from Epson on the fourth business day. I followed the setup instructions one by one -- they were very clear and it took about 1 hour to complete the installation. So far (it's only been about 3 hours), all the functions -- print, copy, scan, and fax -- appear to work normally. If things stay this way, this product will turn out to be a bargain.

Good print quality for home use

The print quality of XP-830 is very good for home use. Another advantage of this printer is that it supports many different host operating system: MS-Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android, and even ChromeOS!

xp-830 photos

I was having difficulty getting good quality photos with this printer. The tech person suggested software, but I previously had fantastic quality using an Epson Artisan 800 so I didn't think that was the problem. I printed using Windows and got the great quality I was use to. Perhaps it is the old Photoshop program I was using. Will update that software. If that doesn't work, will use Windows. Glad I'm able to get the great quality prints I previously got with Epson.
