need a nerd to install wireless printing

Without a tech background I wouldn't be able to install this printer as a wireless printer. I had to install the WiFi manually and download firmware update to get it ready to print!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So Easy

Set up was a breeze. works wirelessly with my mac mini and my laptop!! Yay!!! I think the old EPSON I had was just old. Couldn't get it to connect at all after upgrading our computers. This is awesome. the touch screen panel is so easy to use as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just installed but from what I have seen so far I may a good choice. While there are less expensive and more Expensive printers by Epson, this one fits the bill perfectly. Even hooked up the fax feature which I find I sometimes have use far. At this point I highly recommend this printer.

THIS PRINTER REPLACES A xp610 FOR THE ABILITY TO PRINT DIRECT TO cd/dvd THESE ARE VERY COMPETENT PRINTERS WITH ACCEPTABLE INK USEAGE FOR MY NEEDS THEY ARE IDEAL.

This little printer does most of what I need. And I also print lots of quality photos up to letter size on photo paper. Great results most of the time. Periodically, even after diligent head cleaning, errant ink spots of black blotches are left on the photo image. I'd like to know an easy way to clean this up, or have a VERY knowledgeable tech person tell me why black ink spots or globs are accumulating.

Quality of print as always is great; however this is a replacement for one which had automatic tray for CD inserting and ejection for label printing. It is more trouble, but does work. Makes labeling several CD's at the same time more time consuming. And time is money! Sadly, the ink cartridges are much smaller, less ink, more frequent replacements and expense. What I need is one of Epson's new ink tank models with CD's labeling capability. When available, I'll buy one.

Great image quality

The XP-630 delivers quality images and I love the 2 sided capability. A paper saver.
The only downside is loading the paper in the lower tray and pulling out the delivery tray. Each time I reload the paper it is a confusing and fussy procedure. Could be improved and simplified.
