I use the printer in my office We get a lot of dust out in the wood shop. This is the first printer I have had that because of the design keeps out most of the dust.I realize printers are not made to work in the dust but the design is superior to any others I have had. No complaints at all. It does what I need it to do.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good printer but difficulty with paper feed tray

Overall, we are pleased with the quality and operation of our Epson printer. The only issue/concern we have experienced is that the paper more often than not will not feed into the printer from the tray when a print job is sent. We have to open the tray, adjust the paper and close the tray 1 to 3 times before the Jon successfully prints.
I would recommend this to a friend!

too hard to program. ink expensive and not available at many stores. many features but not easy to manage.

I have been very pleased with my Epsom printer.
The print quality is very good.
Very easy to use the copy feature.
A little tricky to set up for first print use due to some odd defaults(4x6 paper for instance).

I bought this printer because of its ability to print on CD printable discs - it lines up perfectly with my disc labeling program, and the CD's come out very professional looking, and in color. I also use it to print other projects as well and am satisfied with all aspects. Also, your website is so much easier to navigate than my previous printer was.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My beloved Epson Artisan 710 finally gave up and kept jamming after 10+ years. I reluctantly went after a replacement when I found this one on sale. It had double sided printing and was faster than the one I originally went to see. And the price was amazing. I bought it, but was skeptical.
I use it wireless with my iMac and didn't look forward to getting it set up. I was astounded that it was so simple. I love that the print tray retracts when not in use. it's slick and bout 30% smaller footprint than my previous one. I frankly love this printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good printer but uses a lot of ink. Quality is good never has jammed have not done many photos on it yet
