this is a great printer, inks a little pricey but it seems to last a long time. the xl black is hard to find in the sm town I live in but that's not epson fault. I have gotten it from them and the shipping is pretty quick so not a big deal. I do love the printer.

Disappointment

This XP-630 has disappointed and annoyed me from the beginning. If I try to print a common envelope, it assumes I want to print a CD or DVD, even though that is not possible on this printer! The process of pulling in and out the various trays is also time-consuming and tiresome. I thought the price was pretty good untill all this began! Epson should discontinue it right away!

The Epson XP-630 is a good printer. It sits well on my desk without taking up a lot of space and I use the flat surface for extra storage. I particularly like that the printer software is checked on-line and lets me know when it needs updated. All manuals and maintenance features are placed onto the desktop for review.
The only problem I have had so far was finding the instructions to easily change the ink cartridges. The cartridges must be in a specific location and it took me a while to find how to set them.
I have not used all the features but I am very happy with the unit for the value.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this printer! So far it has been the best and most efficient printer I've owned. I literally have tried most of the print options including the remote feature (IP print) and it works awesome. Photos come out already amazing quality without even having to adjust quality. All of our wireless devices have been set up and print flawlessly as well. As with any wireless device printing to a wireless printer, remember.. It's your own personal network traffic slowing down the data being sent to the printer, NOT your printer! I love it, and I've actually recommended it to a few of my friends! Good job Epson!

Great printer for the price! I use it everyday for business, and the WiFi performs spot on every time. Printing invoices, receipts, and assembly plans from my iPhone and iPad is a snap! I recently ordered my first set of ink cartridges through the Epson iPrint app, and I am very pleased with the hassle-free service I received. Keep up the good work!

I really like this printer- only thing I'm disappointed in is that the ink cartridges didn't last as long as I thought they would. Print quality is great!
