Need Help

My Xp-630 which was purchased 1/2016 has the following error code and need help. 0x9A. Have followed the instructions to clear up with not success. Machine is less than 1 year old.

Great Printer but...

Excellent all around little printer for my business, but with one failing.
My computer is necessarily partitioned as a dual-boot to preserve older programs.
Epson software will not install without connection to the internet on the XP side.
I should not have to be on the internet to install a printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great printer

I love the printer. The directions that come with it could be a little better written. When I first got it I thought I mistakenly purchased a printer that only prints one page at a time, from the back, and photos because I couldn't find the bottom tray and the directions weren't specific. I almost took it back before googling it. Other than that minor miscommunication error, I love it. Best printer I've ever owned. Does everything. Well priced too.

I like this news printer very much so far. The things you can do with it are fantastic to me. I never could imagine that you could print something from wherever you are from your mobile phone to your printer. I thank you for making such a product and I think everyone should have one.

Cheaply made. The output tray must be pulled out manually when you want to use it. It takes a very long time to do the software setup.

my new epson premium XP-630 small printer

So far, a bad start. I do not know about this kind of technology so arranged for my computer tech to come and install it for me. He put the CD in and after a few minutes everything went blank. Called your support line; after waiting too long, someone finally came on and ended up verbally guiding my tech how to complete the install. My tech has been in this field for years and years. I had to pay him for 2 hours of his time (which it took him to finally get it going) This does not seem to be simple. Why 3 paper trays? I'm considering returning it and the 5 EXPENSIVE ink cartridges. Not a happy customer.

This all in one printer is great for printing anything you want. It's also great for creating pictures & also CD & DVD labels.
