Very versatile

Small all-in-one. Wish they made one without the fax...who uses a fax anymore!? Anyway, no issues except a line down the side. Cleaning the rollers (no rollers) as instructed is a little difficult. Can't figure out where the dirt is. I'll keep looking! Back feeder holds only one envelope at a time...what a pain!

Epson XP-830 Printer

This is my first wireless printer and I truly love it. I'm 56 yrs. old, and started in clerical duties when it was still normal for a boss to tell his secretary to bring him a cup of coffee and was part of her job description. I trained on the old mimeograph machine in college. It was a standard way to produce copies. It was horrible to use. Computers still filled a whole room. Wow, I'm getting old. I only mention this to assure that I have had a lengthy experience with printers and business machines. I have used a variety of Epson machines along with several other brands. I have always found Epson to be user friendly, dependable and of good quality. The XP-830 prints excellent quality copies without having to string a cable to my laptop. My use of the printer is personal, but I depend on a reliable printer for required business solutions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A Great Printer

I have owned several Epson printers. I don't replace them because they go bad. Each new model keeps getting better. My old printers usually go to the kids. I also like the CD printing capabilities.

I HAVE OWNED AN ARTISAN 810 A VERY ROBUST PRINTER .IT FINALLY GAVE UP AFTER 10 YEARS OF GREAT SERVICE WHERE REPLACEMENT PARTS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE.MY NEW EPSON XP-830 IS A CLOSE REPLACEMENT.SETUP WAS QUITE EASY.THE PAPER TRAYS ARE NOT AS ROBUST AS MY OLD ARTISAN 810 BUT TIME WILL TELL.SO FAR I LIKE THE PRINTER VERY MUCH.THE REASON I KEEP ON PURCHASING EPSON PRINTERS BESIDES GOOD PRODUCTS IS THEIR GREAT TECH SUPPORT

Easy-Peasy

Super simple setup. Everything worked for wireless setup with no problems. Print quality is fantastic! Many features that my 10+ year old ink jet did not have (likely not even thought of back then).

NO USER MANUAL

There was no user manual. I was able to connect the printer with the computer, but more detail would have made the job quicker. I have not used the printer yet, but hope it will be better than my previous unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Printer

This wireless, easy to use printer was just what I needed to print occasional documents and pictures. It prints quickly, black and color is clear. The only con is it takes awhile to "turn on" after it has been turned off or in the sleep mode before it is ready to print.

Great printer for low cost

I really like the printer. My only issue is the paper tray. It took a few times for the printer to recognize it was in correctly. I don't feel like the directions are very clear on how to use it.
