The only think I do not like is the draw that comes out. I think it could be a bit sturdier but otherwise LOVE it.

Better installation instructions needed

This Epson XP-830 replaces an Epson Workforce 525 running on Windows 10 PCs and a wireless home network. The installation failed because the PCs had the previously installed software and drivers from the Workforce 525. Future instructions should assume customers may be replacing an older Epson printer and therefore must UNINSTALL all the old Epson software and drivers.

Ink Jet Troubles

I bought this printer and registered it with you on 5/13/2016. I had been running fairly well for a while but over the past month or so I've had black ink smears on paper and CD printing. In addition after printing maybe 2 or 3 pages I lose the yellow ink completely. To fix this I have to do a nozzle check and when back to normal I have the same problem after another 2 or 3 pages. This process is wasting all the other ink cartridges because of the wasted print jobs and the constant nozzle checks. Do you have a solution to this problem? I quick reply would be welcome as I recently retired and spend most of my time doing print jobs. If you cannot render an immediate long term solution I would like to return the printer for a working replacement. Thank you

Exceeds Expectations

I previously owned an XP-830 and was amazed at the perfect results I received with photos and daily printing jobs as well as the fax feature. It is everything I wanted but didn't expect from such a small machine. Space saver.

Nice All In One Computer

I bought this for Christmas to replace my previous Epson printer. It has many nice features and prints really good pictures and printing pages is quick. The only downside so far is that it really uses ink. Overall it is a very nice printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!
