I purchased this printer two months ago and generally like it so far. However, the connection from print command to print is too slow, and the directions to change ink cartridges is not intuitive and difficult to find.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Owned for about 2 years, superb color --with OEM ink AND refills. I've never had a problem as yet, and I'll keep it until it quits!

Epson online support and cd set up instructions made the job of installing our new Epson XP-830 Small-in-One Printer a painless process. We are looking forward to many years of use from this product which had excellent reviews.

First Time All in One Printer User

So far installing/setting up the printer was really easy and I am not computer/printer inclined in any way. I am excited to have this printer so I can get some school work done and so I can print family photos. I am looking forward for the rest of my uses to be just as easy.

Packing everywhere

Seems like a nice printer, but I almost had to return it. There was packing under the scanner platen that I didn't see. I was not sure how to find it and there were no instructions that I found. I finally lifted up the scanner platen and found the additional packing.
I would recommend this to a friend!
