Product set up is not user friendly, we are having problems getting the langauge set up to english. I set it for engliah and pressed ok and it is in french.
Now we can't get it back to english, thus we could not finish the set up. You have to be computer smart and we are not apparently.

Good quality, no built in DVD tray, network issue?

The print quality is good, but I couldn't give this a 5 star review for two reasons:
1. The CD/DVD tray is external, not built in like the Artisan series of printers. As a result, it makes on-disc printing much more cumbersome; anyone like myself who prints large quantities on-demand will find this an inferior solution to what Epson's Artisan series offered. That said, it does print well on discs.
2. After installing this printer, both my Artisan printers started experiencing "stalling" problems; print jobs will print a few pages then just... pause... and the job will eventually time-out. This has not yet been fixable and I've tried many many different solutions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Exceptional print quality for an inexpensive printer. Only complaint is the strange print tray operation?
Very compact unit, setup was easy for wireless & not confusing. Bravo!

Quality Printer

This product works very nice. Straight out of the box and connected to my PC no problems. Auto updated to current vers. I love the auto tray and lift touch screen functions. I was a little leery about those functions just because (1-I thought they would either malfunction or (2-just stop working altogether. To my surprise and satisfaction they have not done either 1 or 2. The print options take some getting use to but once you figure that out, its a quality printer and user friendly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hoped for good printer

The printer is basically fine in printing and is quick to produce and has decent quality of print. I have not tried it on a photo yet. But I find it difficult to load and difficult to follow instructions on the face, it seems I run in circles with the instructions. At times I cannot print to it because it seems to lose its wifi connection which is the number one reason I purchased it in the first place.
I would recommend this to a friend!

customer support is above average. representatives are willing to go the extra mile to solve problems. the printer itself has more than enough features actually more than I will need but it has the right ones for me and while the ink on Epson printers is expensive it is more reasonable than other brands and the quality of printing is very good
