Touch screen does not work after 1 week!!!!! Ate up the ink cartridges!!!!

Nice printer

I previously owned three printers of another brand and got fed up with the fact they made it impossible to use "aftermarket" ink refill cartridges. While I have not tried to use them in this printer I was told that I would be able to do so, as new cartridges are so expensive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features

I bought this printer a few days ago for home use. The set up was easy. The printer has great features that my other printer did not have. I like the multiple page copying instead of one sheet at a time (lifting the document cover for each piece of paper I need to print). The color is excellent. Ink installation is quick and easy - no mess. I like the different print/paper options. The LCD screen is nice. Paper tray 2 is adjustable for legal size paper. I would recommend this product.

I bought this about 3 years ago, and I am not happy with the fact that the large black ink seems to leak and causes a puddle of ink to sit on the pad all the time, resulting black splotches and lines on a lot of my documents.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
